kemo46 82 Posted June 16, 2011 Finally get to exercise! I'm not lifting yet. But I used to love raquetball. So I started back today. I played for 45 mins. Wool was I tired. Lol. That is awesome. I am ready to start some exercise, I am tired of just walking. I just bought a couple of bikes for me and my wife but I have to wait for the 6th week to ride. How do your incisions and stomach feel after raquetball?
pasquini 369 Posted June 16, 2011 Absolutely fine. I haven't had any trouble with pain my incisions are pretty much healed. I don't notice them at all or any soreness in the muscle even after a long work day. I have been healing great. I just really wish I could get more Protein in and fluids. Feels like I deal with and think about eating more now than before. Constantly tryin to get fluids in and protein. I was kinda worn on it yestarday and just decided I was not going to worry about it. So I didn't drink much or eat much at all. It was really nice to just have a mental break. Then last night I was really thirty so I got in about 40 oz liquid in like 3 hrs Today I am back at tracking and making it work. But I can see some day I will just need a mental break
Candace2314 117 Posted June 16, 2011 That's awesome! I suggested raquetball to my BF the other day and he wasn't having it lol I would love to play. They also have a rock climbing wall at my gym so I'm thinking about doing that too lol.
