Don 5 Posted June 15, 2011 I am 10 weeks out now and am losing much more slowly. I had a lower BMI to start with, so I expected it to be a bit slower. I had about 80 pounds to lose and I am over half-way. I am very pleased with this surgery. Especially with my diabetes dramatically improving and changing sizes left and right. MegInNOLA 531 Posted June 15, 2011 Congratulations on your loss! You're doing great! I don't think a 4-pounds-per-week average is all that slow, either, so good for you! Meg
miz z 0 Posted June 15, 2011 I think you're doing fine and have a great attitude. you didn't put the weight on in 10 weeks, so focus on how much better you feel and how much better you look and keep plugging!
