I'm not a cook. I'm trying to make Susan's vanilla egg custard recipe. It says to bake it 25-35 minutes until it is set in the center. What does that mean? At 35 min., it was still liquid.

How do I know when it is set? Thanks!

when it doesnt jiggle anymore. when you look at it, in the middle it wont be all liquidy, it'll be a bit firm
