I have my medical marijuana card and enjoy smoking up some days. The problem being... the munchies.

I can literally go from "I really don't want to eat any more tonight" to "I need to eat EVERYTHING" in about 15 minutes after smoking. I have been sleeved for a while and am restricted by volume, but some times I'll still eat so much where it feels uncomfortable. I hate this and wish I had more self control (even if it's the same amount I have when I'm sober).

Obviously the right answer here is to quit smoking, but I'm wondering if anyone else on this board has tricks they use in situations like this?

Isn't there a certain kind that doesn't make u hungry ?

There sure are there so many different kind for different things uppers downers they have diet tea 1oz liquid thc they have just about everything in ca but I guess it's how it makes the person feel

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
