loril 0 Posted June 15, 2011 Help I am 7 days post op and on full liquids. I have been following it to the letter. My problem, I haven't lost one pound! I am soooooo discouraged I don't know what to do. My nut says I'm doing everything right. I walk 3 times a day and nothing. Anybody else have this problem? PLease tell me I'm not alone. Carolyn 1 Posted June 15, 2011 Nope, you're not alone! There's plenty of company around you. I hit a stall on my 2 week and just now this morning lost a lb for the first time in a month long stall!!! Hang in there and don't get discouraged. I found that not getting on the scales each morning was a bit mental help. I would weigh only on my anniversary day of the surgery each week. Like everyone said when I posted in a panic weeks ago, my body is in a state of shock and will have to have time to recover from it. Once it realizes that this is an adjustment, it will start to respond by letting go of the weight. Good luck!!
Day Dreamer 23 Posted June 20, 2011 Help I am 7 days post op and on full liquids. I have been following it to the letter. My problem, I haven't lost one pound! I am soooooo discouraged I don't know what to do. My nut says I'm doing everything right. I walk 3 times a day and nothing. Anybody else have this problem? PLease tell me I'm not alone. I am 2 weeks post op and right there too. STALL. In fact I gained 2 lbs when I went on full liquids. I eat maybe 1 can of Soup strained and divided up throughout the day. I have a coupe SF pops and my Water. Not much else. Really sad about this even though I heard people venting on the forums post op. I am trying not to weigh myself everyday. That only adds to my sadness about the situation. That and people asking if I have lost X amount of weight yet... GRRRR>..
