I bought the Sweet Tea flavor and the fruit Punch. I mean it does literally look like you are putting dye into your Water but the water still remains somewhat translucent. Anyone tried any other flavors. What are your thoughts on this product?

I have only tried the peach flavored tea. Love it. Sometimes I overdo it, you really only need a little. What did you think of the other flavors?

I tried it, was not impressed with the flavor. I am currently stuck on Diet Snapple Raspberry tea.

I bought the Mango Peach and it wasn't too bad. If you like the other zero calorie Water flavorings then you will probably like the Mio. It has a bit of an aftertaste but I think all of those flavorings do. Also you don't have to worry about shaking it up really well because it's already a liquid. IMO it's worth a try if you're bored with plain water.

I like them. I'm a fan of the peach tea and the fruit punch. It's a really nice alternative to the constant Water sipping. Sometimes I just need a different flavor. I also like that I can put as little or as much as I want.

I've only had fruit punch and berry/pomegranate. Fruit punch is the only one I like so far.

I love all their flavors and it doesn't give me that dried out mouth feeling. Easy to carry and have on hand.

I love the strawbrry watermelon the best as does my DH & DS. I've tried the fruit punch and the peach mango, both are okay but not as good as the SW.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
