It's hard to say...I know I couldn't eat that much at one sitting at that point, even now I'm at about 1/2 cup max. Do you feel fine eating that or is it uncomfortable?

Wow, like they said above, call the nutritionist or doctor. . . i'm 17 months out and still struggle with 1 cup of food. . . 3/4 cups for me is best, but 1 cup is painfully uncomfortable. . .

The other question I would ask is, how long did it take? I think at about 9 weeks could eat almost a whole grilled chicken patty but it took some time and I was uncomfortable afterwards. If you are chewing really well and the patty is soft, it's possible to circumvent te system and eat "more" than you should. Still, that isn't a lot of food.< /p>

I am 7 months out, I think a Boca burger is a great choice. I believe they have around 120 calories and with cheese maybe a extra 80 calories. Also they are high in Protein and Fiber. With spinach maybe the whole thing was 220 good healthy calories. Chicken- 3 oz is about 90 calories and it takes me longer to eat chicken than a boca burger because boca burgers have some carbs so it goes down easier. Sometimes we need a change from pure Protein. I love vegetarian sausage, I have that and a egg almost ever morning since I was 2 months out.
