SparkySue 0 Posted June 7, 2011 I was sleeved on March 28th, weighed in at 290. I am now at 270 and have been here for weeks. I have excersized off and on walking about 3 to 4 miles when I do walk. I am not eating on a schedule nor drinking my 2 Protein Shakes per day on top of my meals. I am getting plenty of Water in. So is it not eating enough that might be causing this stall? I want to succeed and am really discouraged right now. I want to lose much more but what do I do? Please help, I need all the help I can get. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
