pasquini 369 Posted June 6, 2011 Here is how I made it 2 tbs soy sauce 2 tsp honey 1tsp miso (if u can't get real miso u can get a powdered Soup version that will work just use more) 1 tsp Wasabi powder (could have used more) 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 1" cube of fresh Ginger minced finely All ingredients mixed in a bowl And then pour over 4oz salmon filet left for 1 hr. Them salmon moved to baking pan two tbs of marinade poured over salmon and backed 10 min at 425 it was fantastic. Next time more wasabi. :-) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
