Here is how I made it

2 tbs soy sauce

2 tsp honey

1 tsp

Wasabi powder

1/2 tsp rice vinegar

1" cube of fresh Ginger minced finely

All ingredients mixed in a bowl

And then pour over 4oz salmon filet left for 1 hr.

Them salmon moved to baking pan two tbs of marinade poured over salmon and backed 10 min at 425 it was fantastic.

Next time more wasabi. :-)
