jcbydesign 0 Posted July 3, 2006 I forgot and posted this question to the general discussion group so I am reposting it here as I really need some help. :help: I have a list of what to eat but not portion sizes or TOTAL AMOUNT of cups/ounces per meal. One cup? One half cup? More? Less in am and more at dinner or same for each meal? :noidea: I'd appreciate any help you can give me as it's regular food and no more soft food for me this week. Especially until you get good restriction or any restriction really. & then it depends on how restricted you are. Just eat until you are satisfied. Chew everything very well & eat very slowly. Ideally we are supposed to eat a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of total food at one sitting. I was told to eat my Protein first & if still not full to eat my veggies & fruit.
