Jessiebear 2 Posted July 3, 2006 Okay, so who else, besides me is enjoying the fresh fruits & vegetables this summer? Right now in Arkansas the peaches, watermelons & cantalopes are ripe & in abundance. Lonnie went & picked me some peaches yesterday & man are they good! But let's don't forget the fresh veggies! Cucumbers, green Beans, fresh pinto beans, corn, squash, TOMATOES, eggplants, zucchini, purple hull peas - I could go on, but I'll stop. This is what we are getting out of mine & my Grandma's garden right now. I love this time of year!!! Anyone else enjoying their fresh fruits & veggies? Sorry! I had to gush a little.:hungry:
