Kelly, I use "EAS" AdvantEdge Carb Control - I have seen this brand elsewhere, I buy it at Meijers, Wal-mart and Wal-Greens pharmacies. I use to be a faithful Adkins protien drink user and switched to EAS - more protien, less calories and less expensive. 110 Calories - 17 grams of protien 3 carbs - beats Atkins.. try it! Caliblonde 25 Posted June 3, 2011 Hi Kelly, I'm using the EAS Myoplex Lite it has 20 grams of Protein for 11 ounces. I also have the EAS Carb Advantage which has 17 grams of Protein for 11 ounces.
