warrior68 16 Posted June 7, 2011 Thank you everyone for the kind replies! I finally broke through and lost one whole pound! LOL. Now that my weight loss has slowed so much I'm wondering if hitting my goal of being under 200 at my next follow up with my surgeon in August is even possible? I work out, I walk, I run, I eat right, I work out more, I walk more, I run more, and I get one stinking pound!
