GotGlock21 0 Posted July 3, 2006 I am reading a lot of these threads and noticing that when the band is lossened or they have to have it removed then they gain the weight back. My Dr. of course told me this is just a tool. But I just read a book that has actually woke me up about my emotional eating and what drives it. It is called, When food Becomes Love. By Geneen something. I recomend this to everyone and I hope it helps. We all have a dependancy on food and weather we want to believe it or not, it has a lot to do with our past and things that has happened.
mousecrazy 2 Posted July 3, 2006 I have read this book, and still have it. I read it five years ago. I don't think I was ready to understand it then, but I should probably read it again. Thanks for reminding me about it. It is a good recommendation, and when people are really ready to face that issue, it's a good place to start.
