TODAYS THE DAY!! two months postop and not enough energy after work. 50lbs down and feel proud, however I'm ready to lose that Blaaaaa feeling, not just the pounds..... I like the Crystal Light energy mix - add a little unflavored Protein for a nice boost! I have even heard some people say they had to up their calories for a day or two to get back some energy. Luv4me 0 Posted June 1, 2011 Thanks 4 your response. Day Dreamer what a GREAT idea. I'm gonna try the unflavored Protein in my crystal light. I LOVE MY CRYSTAL LIGHT! DeAkay, You just might be right about the time of day I'm trying to exercise. I'd have to get up at least an hour earlier, however once it's done (it's done)!!
