I'm just a few days out and still having nausea so trying to find creative ways to get in some Protein. I took juice from 2 lemons, a little Water, some splenda, ice cubes and Unjury unflavored Protein Powder (1 scoop= 21 grams protein). Blended in blender for a smoothies. It's not earth shattering, it's very tolerable and I managed to get in some protein. ;0) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
