Tamz 8 Posted May 28, 2011 Its a mix from GNC called Pro Performance AMP Amplified Weybolic Extreme 60. 1 servicing is 3 scoops, and equal to 60grams of Protein. Of course you cant digest 60 grams in one sitting, so i split it --- twice a day 1.5 scoops each It is SO GOOD. I have the chocolate and the Cookies and Cream.. they also have strawberry, and vanilla.. and I think coffee flavored too. Best part ........ each of my servings (half of what the back of the bag states since im splitting their serving in 2) is 140 calories and of that, only 5 calories and .5 grams of fat. and 1 gram of sugar. It was 28.99.. the servings per package say 7 however since your splitting in 2 -- there are 14 servings. If you catch GNC on a sale.. they are buy 1 get 1 half off I LOVE IT... i really encourage everyone to try it. Its the leanest and tastiest I have found yet
Virginia S 13 Posted May 29, 2011 Seconded, it is the best tasting I have found. The vanilla is great for fruit smoothies, too. Try this: add about half the Water, blend. Drop in ice cubes to account for the rest of the Water - blend again. chocolate milk shake. Seriously.
livinglifelikeitsgolden 2 Posted May 29, 2011 Great post. I have some whey Protein that i paid 29 bucks for and it is not good at all. Im not getting any protein in and i need a creative way to do this. Especially now because i feel weak during certain times of the day.

Kath-A-Leena 2 Posted May 30, 2011 I agree that the GNC Amplified Wheybolic 60 is really tasty and a good nutritional value. I stretch it out even further, though. If you just use 1 scoop, you still get 20 grams Protein. I've only tried chocolate and vanilla so far. Good stuff.
LR6909 10 Posted May 30, 2011 I really like Amplified shakes too. Not every GNC here in Houston sells it though. :-( I like the Strawberry!
