mistyk73 1 Posted May 28, 2011 I am scheduled for surgery on June 15th so I am trying to get everything lined out and ready before I let that date sneak up on me! I've been wondering and would probably find the answer if I searched more (lol) but what works best for you guys liquid or pills when it comes to Vitamins? It seems like the liquid would go down much easier but might cause some nausea, but on the other hand it seems like a pill or chewable would be harder on my new tummy. Anyway, I went ahead and bought the liquid but I haven't tried it yet, so I'm hoping I made the right decision! Thanks!
DogGroomer 0 Posted May 31, 2011 Hi Mistyk, I was just sleeved on May 23 and I bought Reviva from costco. It works really good. I don't think I could swallow my regular GNC horse pill Vitamins. Foxbins 625 Posted May 31, 2011 I use the Centrum chewables (orange-flavored). I crunch half at a time and wash the taste down with a sip of Water. Both Vitamins and Calcium made me sick to my stomach until about 3 weeks post-op.
