juliegeraci 7 Posted July 3, 2006 Hi Melanie, I really believe the exercise is the most important factor. I am TRYING to start my routine but its been an uphill battle. I am really hoping and praying that I can get motivated soon. I was banded on June 6th and so far I'm down about 12 lbs. I feel sluggish to say the least. There are days I get there, and then while I am on the eliptical machine I wanna get off. Seriously. That's when I talk myself into just 10 more mins. I too thought I could not take the time out of my day, but I started to take the time. And I just make it as important as my getting out of bed in the morning, feeding the kids every day, etc. You know what I am saying? Only the best to you!! -Melanie
