Texas Red 1 Posted May 25, 2011 I was sleeved on 3/2/11 and I am currently down 68 lbs, but for the last two weeks I have been at the same weight. I have tried a couple of different things to 'jolt' my system to push past this stall (more exercise, more Water, no water, more Protein, less protein, etc), but nothing is shaking it loose. No weight gain, just no weight loss. I am excited with my weight loss so far, but I have had three stalls. This one is by far the longest and most frustrating because I have been 'going by the book' since my VSG. I know this gets asked a lot, but hoping for some words of wisdom (I'm still less than 90 days post surgery, so I'm still learning). Thanks!
