K@t 38 Posted July 1, 2006 Hey all, I was just so proud of the way this turned out I wanted to share it. I made it for my cousins new baby. She bought a bed set called lil' buckaroo for the baby with this cowboy in the center. So I used a program to turn it into a cross stitch. I am really thrilled about the way it came out. This is the latest thing I have done, but if want to see what other kinds of things I have done feel free to check out my gallery here.

PhotoNut 7 Posted July 1, 2006 Nice work, Heather. I have a picture that my daughter drew and colored for me when she was six. I always wanted to turn it into a crosstitch pattern so I could preserve it. What program did you use? Share!
K@t 38 Posted July 1, 2006 I used a program called PC stitch which cost about $60. If you scan the picture and send it to me though I can probably do it for you, there is no sense in spending money on it just to change one picture. Tricia- thanks! I did them both in 1 night :biggrin1:

mousecrazy 2 Posted July 1, 2006 How cute! I love cross stitch, but just haven't had time to do it since I became a working mother with a long commute...but I've got high hopes for retirement! It's beautiful work!

FunnyDuddies 6 Posted July 3, 2006 Heather you are AMAZING! Those are so cool, and I love the buckaroo. That will go so well with his bed set. What an awesome talent. I was thinking of picking up a crossstitch pattern for the plane ride and recovery time in Mexico. But then I thought, no...i will screw it up. LOL
