2 Weeks Out Today!!

I ate some of my chicken salad and I must say the texture is weird being pureed, but it sure did taste good!!!

I felt really ok after eating it and not sick. I was worried about that. I didn't eat as much of it as I could have, I took it slow, maybe 5 bites. I am going to eat more at luch time, LOL i ate it for b fast!! I was so happy to have "REAL" protein!!

egg salad is something I am craving beyond reason ;-P

I have to say, this is a meal that I LOVE now. All I need is one egg chopped up with a tsp of mayo and a dash of mustard, and then I eat it either with organic spelt crackers or one slice of thin whole wheat bread folded in half. I usually can't finish it all, but it's soooo good. My pre-op tummy did NOT like eggs, but my sleeve sure does. *shrug*

(NB: Not trying to make you drool, just saying it's something to look forward to!!)
