morethan 4 Posted May 23, 2011 I finally made it to One-der Land and my first 50 lbs. I'm so excited. After this last month, I have something to rejoice about. I haven't exercised since my father passed earlier this month. So, tomorrow I'm gonna give it a shot and get back on track. It's been a rough month, but I'm ready to resume my journey. sunnyd 32 Posted May 28, 2011 Congrats on your success! It is so hard to lose your father. But you need to focus also on yourself and making your life better and longer. Easier said than done I know. I made the wrong choices when coping with my father's death and am now trying to lose the pounds I gained during that time. aauuggh! So stay strong and work on making healthy choices. I'm sure your father would want that for you!
