5 1/2 weeks out with a stomach virus :(

Started feeling it coming on about 4 yesterday afternoon. Needless to say, I didn't meet my Water or Protein goals yesterday and I don't see it happening today wither. My muscles are achy already but I don't know if it's just from the virus or from dehydration. Any advice??

Take good care of yourself, sip sip sip, try warm camomile or peppermint tea... and don't give it to me!!wink.gif

sleep and drink...take your Vitamins. Praying for a speedy recovery.

when I feel nauseous I try sucking on ice chips...hydration slower than sipping. So far so good...and I have some experience with nausea...lol.
