It really depends on your own body. You really can't expect to be the same as anyone else. Maybe look at 10 - 20 lbs in 3 weeks. I lost 25 in 3 weeks, 53 lbs in 7 weeks, and 150 lbs in 12 months. But that is me. . some folks won't do that at all. . . my BMI was 47 or something like that. . higher BMI loose faster then lower ones.

Thanks , I am at 24lbs and wasn't sure if that was good. My starting BMI was 39 so and going to take the 24 lbs as a good sign.
