SO relieved!!!! Called UHC this morning to check the status and she said i was approved!!! That was super fast. They submitted my paperwork last Thursday. I was worried i would have to do the 5 year history and the 6 month diet but i guess not!! woohooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Lord! June 23rd is my tentative date!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! I have UHC, too, but had to go through the 6 mos diet and support group thing. My paperwork should be submitted around June 3rd. The insurance thing has me on pins and needles!

My approval also went very quickly. Submitted on May 4, approved May 5. My surgery is scheduled June 22. We will be going through this at the same time. Congratulations!
