Thanks for all the responses!!! :)

So, here is what I did to change things up, and I am going to keep doing this until I stop losing.

I am not concentrating on Protein, or following the protein first rule. I am still eating turkey and chicken, but also veggies and fruits, yogurts and granola. I get organic granola so it doesnt have all the added bad stuff. Also, I get organic yogurt, and organic milk, add some berries and make a yummy smoothie, nothing else in it. I eat blueberries, strawberries and blackberries, either in a smoothie or in vanilla yogurt with granola on top. I even got an organic granola with dark chocolate for a treat. I am eating around 1400-1500 calories, some days even as much as 1800!! A few days I even had organic cheadar crackers shaped like bunnies, LOL. Probably for kids, but they were super tasty. Most days, I have over 200g of carbs. I guess it works for my body, and hopefully it keeps working! I track my calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc, just so I can look over what works best for me. Here is a typical day for me. Most of you probably don't even eat half of this.

Breakfast: 1 whole banana with 1/4 cup granola (sometimes just the banana fills me up, so I eat the granola later)

Lunch: Bagel thin (everything) toasted, with 1 slice of cheese and 2oz reduced sodium turkey breast lunchmeat

Snack:Smoothie (1cup) OR Yogurt (1/2 cup) with berries and 1/4 cup granola

Dinner: 4 oz grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast (marinated), 1/4 cup of green Beans, and 1 slice of cheese

Snack: 1/4 cup chocolate granola or sf pudding cup or sf Jello or all of the above :)

Hope this helps someone! If you aren't losing much or are in a stall, it cant hurt to try! I know organic foods are a lot more expensive, but I feel great just adding a few organic things in. I am planning on adding more. Also, adding some more veggies.

I am not exercising right now. I plan to start the Couch to 5K program really soon! Once I do start that, I am going to add a Protein Drink on the days I walk/jog. Probably going to add in some other exercises too.

Thanks again for all the support! You guys are awesome!

All that sounds sooo delicious Sarah!!! You have inspired me to make me some Greek yogurt w/Fiber One... lol :) I love Granola though, I haven't had any in a long time. I need to go buy some.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
