i drank some Water today, only to 5 minutes later vomit it all back, but this time i noticed my vomit was all blood, what could this be and should i goto the hospital asap?

His profile says he lives here in Vegas and it takes foreverrrrrrrrr to get into the E.R. here. It's often more than an all day process so hopefully we'll hear something very soon! Did he say anywhere if his surgeon is here in town? Maybe they can get to him really fast?
