Tarain 2 Posted May 17, 2011 I hope you are recovering well! I went to Dr. Kelly on 3/1/11. You are in good hands! My sleeve is working wonderfully for me. I was the first surgery he did on my day and I have to admit I was so grateful for that! I would have drove myself crazy waiting for my turn! I can't wait to hear how you are doing! These first few days can be rough but you will feel much better soon! Take care!
Griselda 7 Posted May 17, 2011 Doing well, first night lots of pain and nausea which was helped by frequent additions to my iv of pain, nausea meds. Only threw up once and it was barely anything. Feel much better today, like I did too many sit ups. Some gas pain but not too bad. Do feel hungry, have been eating ice chips like crazy. Bp was a bit high but is now good. Nurses all very nice. Been sleeping on and off. I have walked the halls but its a pain due to having to get out of bed while keeping watch for drain bag and iv lines and dragging iv. Walking itself not difficult.
