So I am down 21lbs. Not much really but I can't sit on a hard surface because the pressure on my butt bones hurt. Lol. That's a first!

That is a GREAT loss, pasquini! And that's got to be a wonderful feeling that your bony butt hurts from sitting. Well, maybe not the hurting part, but you know what I mean! :P

I feel your pain lol- literally. I didn't have much cushion to begin with (just really big hips) and now there's even less cushion than before and I can't sit on the bikes at the gym for more than a minute because my a** is non existent. But congrats on your weight loss!!! YAY!!!! lol

Do they make gel seats for motorcycles like they do for bikes?

The pain from hard surfaces passes quicker than you think. I don't know why but I want to say after it started, after a month or so I never noticed it again It was the first thing I noticed. As far as the motorcycle seat, I have had bikes in the past that my tail bone ached after a few hours. I don't know what you ride but Corbin makes seats for most any street bike and Mustang makes seats for Harleys and metric cruisers. My 08 Harley is the first bike I hadn't had to change the seat on, I am good for 900+ miles a day. After 100 lb loss, I have noticed 2 things, first is my windshield is now 2 inches too tall, cuts right into my line of vision and my bike is a hell of a lot quicker off of the line.

I already have a custom seat had it cut molded gelled, the works. So gues I'll just get used to it lol.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
