BMI Standards

Although I have been keeping up with my BMI as it changes, today is the first day I looked back at the standards. I have moved from Morbidly Obese to simply Obese! I can't wait to be overweight!!!

Body Mass Index standards are:

• BMI 18.5 to 24.9 Healthy

• BMI 25 to 29.9 Overweight

• BMI 30 to 39.9 Obese

• BMI 40 to 49.9 Morbidly Obese

• BMI 50 or higher Super Obese

I hate the BMI thing, it makes me so frustrated!

This is why I keep track of it, of course.

I too started as morbidly obese, went through obese and am right now overweight.

I can't wait to be "healthy" (still 4 kgs or 8.8 lbs to go!!!)

As of yesterday I slipped into the obese, instead of morbidly obese- so I'm in the same boat. Cant wait to be overweight!
