ybnormal 21 Posted May 13, 2011 I suffer from severe Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue syndrome and most days it's everything I can do to get out of bed. There are days that I literally slide out of bed and crawl to the bathroom because I hurt too bad to walk. What happens when you can't exercise? I know it will slow weight loss and that's fine with me, I just kinda want to know what to expect aside from flabby butt cheeks and wobbly arms LOL Does anyone know of exercises to do from bed besides leg lifts? Tiffykins 673 Posted May 13, 2011 You can use light dumbbells and do bicep/tricep curls, skull crushers, get a slightly weighted ball to help with leg lifts. I didn't work out for the first 4 months, and still dropped 80lbs.

Caliblonde 25 Posted May 13, 2011 There are some seated exercise videos that you might be able to do. http://www.chairdancing.com/ I think they were made in the 80s or something, they are a little difficult to watch without laughing.
