OMG, it's so good... so I thought I'd share... 2 Tbsp creamy Peanut Butter 1/4 c. powdered milk/powdered soy Protein 1 packet sugar substitute 2 ice cubes 1/2 soft banana (I used a whole small frozen banana) 1/2 c. I have gone through many types of Protein powders and trying different shakes and the best ones I have found came from this website! There is a HUGE list posted here that has so many awesome shakes! rosiegirl 6 Posted July 26, 2011 is this Protein Shake for the folks who are on the first two weeks after the vs, or is this more for the person who has surpassed the liquid phase only diet? Not sure if we can have pb the first two weeks?? pls. advise - I'm a newbie getting ready for the vs in hopefully a month or so .. just waiting for approval...
