Nina is amazingly sweet and helpful and supportive! Gabby, her sister, will take care of you after surgery by email and phone. Their mom is like a patient care coordinator at the hospital so you'll meet her when you get there. I've been totally happy with my whole experience so far and can't wait to get there! I'm going to give their mom two hugs to pass on to her daughters for me, they're all amazing!
