b190c550 1 Posted May 6, 2011 Thanks to all who gave me the advice i needed when I was thinking of cancelling. I pressed on & had my sleeve done yesterday. Had no problems at all including no nausea. Was discharged today at noon. Just sipping Isopure & Water hoping it continues to go well. It all seemed to go too smoothly so I am hoping it continues this way! I am flying back home on Sunday. Thanks again for all of the encouragement. I guess now the real work begins.

Margaret 4 Posted May 7, 2011 Way to go! I think the REAL work was the learning about the procedure and deciding to do it. I'm exactly 4 weeks out today. I just had very good homemade turkey vegetable Soup and it was delicious! It all takes some getting used to. Congrats to you! Lakelady 2 Posted May 7, 2011 Actually once you are few weeks out its really easy. I'd forget I was sleeved once and while only to be reminded with tight restriction upon a few bites. I love exercising now because I know I won't go home and eat so much I cancel out the entire workout! Sounds like you are doing great!
