Michelle Cicerello 6 Posted May 2, 2011 Well, the one meal a day that I can have, it 2 cups of Protein ( lean meat, eggs, 2% cheese, tofu) and 2 cups of veggies, no peas corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. There is a start - hope that helps I'm starting my pre-op diet and I have the first 10 days of no starches, sugars, & low fat/carb only...what can I eat?? Rev Me Up! 75 Posted May 2, 2011 ANy kind of lean meat (chicken, trimmed beef, trimmed lamb, trimmed pork, etc), fish without breading, green leafy vegetables, low fat cottage cheese, and eggs are all low-carb staples. Go to the Atkins web site and follow their induction phase list. They should have a list of all the things that you can eat. You may have to adjust it a little to make it low fat. Good luck!
