NeenBand 7 Posted June 28, 2006 Check out what I wrote here; http://www.lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=20319 If you have Medicare and are looking for surgery or fills, you have to have it done at a rare "Center of Excellence" or they won't pay for it. MoOrLess 0 Posted June 28, 2006 Well that SUCKS! God I hate Medicare more every day----being disabled is so NOT fun.........I just lost my primary care physician (internal medicine) after 10 years - he gave up his business with a partner and flew the coop - and now this................I used up my prescription coverage (I had to pay more to get from Medicare - part D - what a joke) and now I have to wait for Medicare to send me a form so I can get help from them directly because I am finally poor enough for them to pitch in.......it isn't fun that's for sure - thanks for the info!
