I had my surgery on 3/22/11. I lost 22 pounds since my surgery. I did not loose any weight last week and got on the scale today and gained two pounds. I did not exercise at all last week and have been eating Popsicles (100 calories,, 0 fat, 23 grams of sugar) for the last three days (once a day). I eat mangoes and once in a while I will eat a few (4 to 5) chips. Otherwise than that I am eating good. The biggest problem I have is that I do not wait long to eat between bites. I hate my food cold!!. I only slow down if my stomach starts hurting. Am I going to stretch my stomach out if I continue?
