Today: Atkins Protein shake low sugar oatmeal made w/skim milk SF choc pudding w/FF whipped cream Atkins Protein Shake FF Peach Greek yogurt I'll be having mashed potatoes w/FF chicken gravey for dinner. Didn't touch the toast, took the skin off some of the potatoes and mashed them up. Ate some of the eggs (maybe 1/2 egg tops). lunch was a Colby Jack low-fat cheese stick Just had an Atkins Advantage Protein shake Also had a Snapple. Raine 170 Posted May 19, 2011 Today is three weeks out and I ate: Atkins Protein shake for Breakfast FF greek yogurt for mid morning snack .... mmm peach Mashed w/chicken gravey for lunch Atkins Protein Shake for mid afternoon Refried Beans w/shredded cheddar and mozzeralla, a little picante sauce and a dollop of low fat sour cream for dinner Atkins Protein Shake for mid evening and lots and lots of Water in between through out the day lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
StacyS 20 Posted May 22, 2011 Tonight I made "enchilladas" and it was so delicious!!! I put 2oz of shredded beef, some grated cheese, enchillada sauce n sour cream in a food processor and gobbled up about 2oz of it!!! It looked gross but it tasted so yummy!!!!
