lilyv 0 Posted April 23, 2011 Hello to all! I am new to this forum. I have my sleeve scheduled for this Monday 4/25/11. I have been doing the pre-op liquid diet for the last 6 days and like everyone else am hungry! I just keep focused on the success I can have by doing this. I have been thinking and researching about WLS for about 3 years now. I have chosen Dr. Daniel Cottam in Salt Lake City, UT to do the procedure for me. I am very pleased with his knowledge and experience. I would recommend him to all and I haven't even had the surgery yet! I will post more after I have surgery on Monday and hope that I can make a few friends here on the forum. Thanks Lilyv

SKCUNNINGHAM 298 Posted April 24, 2011 Good luck! I am two months post-sleeve and haven't regretted it for a nano-second. Best thing I have done for myself in years. Get a support belt and with a heating pad and use them. They help a lot to help you feel better after surgery.
Candace2314 117 Posted April 24, 2011 Welcome! Good luck on your surgery!!! Its a wonderful change! I agree about the support belt, they gave me one at the hospital before I went home, it helped out sooo much. Especially when I was in the car!
