1-4-Many 2 Posted April 23, 2011 Yea, this old universe has a sense of humor. It can be a mean one, but there's no question in my mind now that it exists. I'm in my 50's, haven't had "that time of the month" in ages so what happens today? Yep. I know this whole thing can kick hormones into gear but I didn't think it would happen this fast or when they have been so dormant. So now I have something to be very grateful for. I can get over the cramps before surgery day. You other older women out there who are pretty much done with that phase of life but are going to be going through this.....um, might want to go buy some supplies just in case. Better to have them under the sink not needed than not to have them. Men are so lucky.

Hope this doesnt happen after the weight loss and pill reduction lol that would soooo not be cool Don't be surprised if it does. My understanding is that a lot of unplanned pregnancies can happen after this surgery because your hormones get all excited and feel young again. And since you'll be happy and excited right along with them, welllll.......
