Oopsseedaisy 90 Posted April 22, 2011 Concentrate on staying hydrated. Protein can wait if it is causing problems. I can't cook ... if you can try making your own broth. I went to the chinese restaurant and ordered wonton Soup and gave the wontons to my family. It tasted wonderful! I hope this helps!
Rev Me Up! 75 Posted April 22, 2011 I had similar problems with liquids and Protein shakes. The first week or so is all about clear liquid, so you have to kind of suffer through it. You should be cleared for thicker liquid in the next couple of days - try drinkable yogurt once you get the "OK". It is tasty and has lots of Protein. I could never do the Protein Shakes, so I have had to get creative. In the meantime, drink a lot of liquid - whatever you can get down. Also, eat sugar free popsicles. They are really helpful. I tried campbells light Soups and then just took the chunks out of it. I also liked to buy Soups from the deli (again taking out the chunks) and I loved making my own frozen treats with juice. Good luck! Things will get better!!!
