Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted April 22, 2011 I eat them. I have to be careful with sugar alcohol though.
settebee 11 Posted April 22, 2011 I eat them as well. I know it's way better then regular candies, but yes, be careful with the sugar alcohols.
Felicity2u 35 Posted April 22, 2011 I don't eat them! I looked at the nutritional content on some sugar free lifesavers yesterday and they worked up to have almost 4 carbs in each piece. That's not worth it in my book!
MRSKOUBiK 27 Posted April 22, 2011 Just look at the label and see if it is okay to YOU. Everyone has a different set of rules they follow. Just be careful with the sugar alcohols like mentioned!
Roseib 13 Posted April 23, 2011 I read the title of the thread wrong. I was wondering why so many people ate sugar free candles. Was this some delicacy I'd never heard of? Du-uh.
kellyw74 258 Posted April 23, 2011 If you are talking about sugar-free chocolate i say NO WAY!! sugar-free hard candy i don't really see a problem with one, once in a while. my dr. says no gum, tic-tacs or candy. it encourages mindless eating. i don't agree, but that is how they think!! good luck to you!!
