LESLIEH 68 Posted May 20, 2011 Had the scare of my life the past week, the scale went up by 3 lbs. Let me tell you I was freaking out and put the scale away, it was divorce time between us. But I pulled it out today just outta curiosity and it's down a pound from the last time I used my official weight on this thread. Of course I like the latter... lol newme, hey it happens! Last thing you want to do is beat yourself up, the cycle will just continue. Forgive yourself and get back on track. Hugs!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I forgot to update my weight yesterday! I'm only down a half pound from last weigh in. I know why though, I've really been slacking on my workouts. I've only been doing about 2x per week for the last few weeks. I felt a little bit of burnout from training so hard for my 5K. But... it's a new start of the workout week for me, so it's back on and crackin'!!! I'm NOT going to change my goal. I'm really REALLY gonna work my tail off to make it.
