MINI-Me 196 Posted April 21, 2011 Refried Beans with a little melted cheese and sour cream was a go-to for me. I also did low-carb yogurt with unflavored Protein Powder mixed in. (Applesauce and pudding work well too.) It's higher carb, but mac-and-cheese was TO DIE FOR after not eating "real food" for a while.

I wasnt sure if we could do any pasta/ rice products this early on? I thought the mac and cheese would be out..sounds good to me..I thought about Soups pureed but everything seems to have some sort of rice or Pasta in it.. Just remember to chew, chew, chew!
Rev Me Up! 75 Posted April 21, 2011 I ate a lot of cottage cheese, avocado, mashed potato and yogurt. I am still not too keen on anything spicy, so no chili. I also had sashimi (raw fish), tofu, baked white fish - anythying I could think of that was super soft. Congrats on your progress!
