sychadelic 10 Posted April 21, 2011 I did my first coffee today (beginning 5 weeks), I got a skinny cinnamon dolce at SB.....yum. It got me to wondering what other folks order. Do you make it a treat and do full fat, full sugar or do you try to make it leaner........also, is there any way to make mine any better?

Chicadee 10 Posted April 21, 2011 If I go to starbucks after surgery I will probably get the same thing I always do, a Decaf skinny caramel machiato. I am not a big coffee drinker so I don't go there very often. I have always hated drinking my calories so I always try to minimize when getting stuff like this. I would rather save my calories for something I want to eat.

BlackBerryJuice 349 Posted April 21, 2011 Large coffee with 3 creams at Tim Horton's or a large coffee with a hefty dose of half-and-half at Starbucks - both sweetened with 2 packets of Splenda.
sychadelic 10 Posted April 21, 2011 I double checked on caffeine with my NUT today and he said it was fine, within reason. He said if I choose to drink it to boost my Water intake to counter the diuretic effects, so no biggie.
sleeve 4 me 910 Posted April 21, 2011 I order a venti caramel light frap, caramel drizzle on top, with a dome lid from Starbucks...I tried switching over to McD's caramel ice coffee, but they are not consistent and sometimes its so blah, so I'm back to Starbucks
