So update I am now down 115lbs and I feel so amazing! I am a new person and feeling amazing. My life and energy has changed so much!!! I am biking again and working out better then ever so motivated.... Went from a size 5x to a 2x and that is starting to fit me loose... wow... can't say enough how pleased I am!!!
