Coincidentially, I was in Austin, TX last week staying in a hotel overlooking Lady Bird Lake were LOTS of people row. Watching them, I thought that rowing looked like the most fun, awesome excercise ever. I think that I will be looking into that as my weight drops and confidence rises. There is another girl bigger than me there and a couple bigger guys in another class. Anytime you feel ready there really isnt any reason not to start! I'm a little over 6 months out and down 75lbs so I thought I'd post some pictures I'm really happy with my VSG. My weight loss has been creeping along the last few months so I have been doing low carb and it's going great. I feel much better on it! Just last week I started rowing! I have NEVER EVER done a sport. I even wear spandex <choke>. I went to Dollywood two weeks ago and rode the rides. Sex is great, life is great, I look great (in my opinion)! I'm loving my VSG!!!
