I need to share this.

I set my goal of 160lbs for Easter Sunday. I had a stall and a slow loss for a while and the in the past week the weight loss just picked up. Today I reached my goal of 160lbs and I am no longer OBESE. Thanks God for my Sleve. Thanks Dr. Kelly and his team. Thanks you all for the support.

I am sooo thrilled!

To you all out there, do not get discouraged with the terrible stalls... they too pass.

Hey, congratulations! That is fantastic, did you let trish know, she will be thrilled! She spoke about you a lot. She told me i would have 30 pounds off in a month but i didnt believe her, sure enough a few days ago i managed it! I had to txt her to tell her she was wrong, i lost 30 lbs in 17 days!
